MOSVIEW
MOSVIEW is a compact 3D trajectory viewer for X11. It is capable of reading MOSCITO .crd files and displays them as an animated movie. Several different visualisation modes, such as ball-sticks, wireframe and sticks-only are implemented. Even hydrogen bonds can be displayed. The rendering performance on a rather cheap 2D hardware is quite good. MOSVIEW has been developed by Sascha Nonn (Checkout Sascha's homepage) and is completely written in C++.
