BENCHMARKS

The benchmarks shown here were collected to reflect the performance of the Moscito MD code on different hardware platforms. The following example systems are considered: SMALL-SPCE, BIG-SPCE, TIP4P, Methanol, C8E6, PCH5.

The given numbers represent CPU-times per simulation-step in seconds:
