Requirements needed by MosView

Compile:

To compile this package you need a c++-compiler and the xlib-header files. For better performance you should have the shared memory extension of xlib installed. If you don't have it, delete the entry in the Makefile of your machine type or download it from

Running:

For running MosView you must be running X with 8, 16, 24 or 32 bit colordepth. Monocrome display is not supported.

Files:

For viewing the simuation you need three files. The crd-datafile, the apropiate structure file and a mosview configfile. The first two files is part of the output of moscito, the third one comes with this package. How to edit that file is explained
